The property is absolutely divine. Not too big and never felt overcrowded and the villas are spacious and private, also very comfortable and modern. Older property but excellent upkeep. Rustic and tropical and just one with nature. Whenever there was an issue and usually something simple like a blown bulb it was sorted right away. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly always going above and beyond to ensure our experience was world class! From the special anniversary dinner to the private dining experience, the curation of our island experience, the early check in and the late check out. Even the several brews of ginger lemon honey and rum provided when we were under the weather made our stay so personable and accommodating and just so absolutely blissful!!!! After a few nights at the Four Seasons in Seychelles, I wasn’t expecting to be blown away again, but Jastam House exceeded every expectation! I booked just one night to explore something more private, and ended up discovering a paradise. The property has private access to a stunning beach where you can swim and watch the sunset. Most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen! The garden has the most exotic plants I have ever seen with apparently more species than the botanical garden on the island. The villa blends with colonial charm and modern comfort. From the art collection to the perfectly appointed interiors, every detail feels intentional. The amenities are exceptional, a huge pool, gym, indoor and outdoor lounges, etc.. The chef crafted some of the best meals I’ve had in any country, completely tailored to my taste. The staff remained almost invisible yet their thoughtful touches were everywhere!! What sets this place apart is the feeling it gives you total peace, complete seclusion, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you feel instantly at home. It’s a place I can’t wait to return and this time with friends.

Outstanding resort. The villas are so spacious and have magnificent views, but what makes Maia special is the villa hosts. We had the pleasure of Hanane taking care of us and she went above and beyond to make us happy, making a romantic bath and providing a special candlelit meal in the jungle for us on our last night. The staff are all wonderful and treat you like royalty.
